Gotham Divided

A dimensional rift splits Gotham City between the worlds of Gaslight and Prime in this 5v5 three-lane map. Triumph through clever use of urban shortcuts carved by exploded turrets, cunning placement of Tactical Skills, and power seized by defeating the formidable Leviathan.

Divided has two bases: one for your team and one for the enemy. Your main objective is to destroy the Power Core inside the enemy base, achieved by destroying enemy drones, turrets, and eventually dampeners.

Three Lanes Divided

Three Lanes Divided

Gotham Divided has three lanes: top, middle (mid), and bottom (bot).

Top and bot lane are longer and have more space between each turret. Mid is the shortest route to your enemy’s base, but both sides are flanked by the urban jungle, providing more angles for surprise attacks.

Explosive Turrets

Explosive Turrets

Each lane has a set of inner and outer turrets, one set for your side and one for the enemy. Turrets are lethal defensive structures, best attacked with a wave of ally drones.

The Gotham Divided turrets explode when destroyed, creating new paths from lane to urban jungle, perfect for surprise attacks or quick retreats.

Purple circles are a rough estimation of each turret’s range. Their blue segments show where a turret’s explosion clears out buildings and opens new paths.

Dampeners

Dampeners

Each base has three dampeners, each found at a base entrance. Dampeners act like turrets but have two differences: instead of being outright destroyed, dampeners go offline and respawn minutes later with reduced health; while offline, the opposing team’s lane begins to spawn much tougher Super Drones.

Base Cameras

Base Cameras

The Camera Beacon in your base holds three charges, and taking one begins a refill timer. Each camera grants modest vision and lasts a few minutes.

You can only hold one Basic Camera or one Tactical Skill at a time. Picking-up one replaces the other.

Urban Jungle

Urban Jungle

The urban jungle is a concealed space beyond your vision in each lane. On Gotham Divided, the jungle holds four types of neutral drone camps: easy, medium, Destroyer, and Unique.

Tactical Skills

Destroyer Drones reward credit, experience, and a Tactical Skill. There are three Destroyers, each paired with a Tactical Skill: Health, Speed, and EMP.

Defeat a Destroyer to unlock its corresponding Skill Beacon, back at your base, although Health and Speed Destroyers will also drop a single health or speed buff in the jungle. Skill Beacons have two tiers. You activate Tier 2 by defeating a second Health Destroyer before someone uses your Tier 1 Health Beacon.

Health

Health:

The Health Skill can be deployed from a great distance. Tier 1 Health Skills have two single-use charges that restore Health and Will/Energy to any ally who walks over it. The second charge appears a short time after the first is consumed.

Speed

Speed:

The Speed Skill can be deployed from a great distance. Tier 1 has two single-use charges that grant a temporary Move Speed boost to allies who walk over it. (The second charge appears after a few minutes.) Tier 2 drops an area-of-effect Move Speed boost that only effects allies.

EMP

EMP:

The EMP Skill has a shorter deployment range. Tier 1 EMP causes a seconds-long disable to all nearby hostile drones and turrets. Tier 2 doubles the duration of EMP’s disable.

The Raider

Early-to-mid match, two large pods crash into the urban jungle. Open either of these pods to unleash the Raider, a strong unique drone. Defeat the Raider for moderate experience and credit and to drop the Surveillance Tower.

Place the Surveillance Tower for a permanent camera with a large vision that clears stealth. While the tower is invisible on enemy mini-maps, it has no stealth. If enemies find a tower they can destroy it with basic attacks, so the best placement is often in a Stealth Pad.

The Leviathan

After opening the first Pod, or if enough time passes, a countdown begins to unleash a deadly and unique drone in the second pod: the Leviathan.

Leviathan always appears in the Pod opposite from Raider. Defeat Leviathan to get significant credit and experience, and to release two powerful Tactical Skills: Stasis and Shield.

Stasis & Shield

Stasis & Shield

Shield provides a very powerful damage shield to all nearby allies for several seconds. It can help secure a team fight or rush enemy structures, like turrets or dampeners.

Stasis prevents all nearby enemies from moving, attacking, or skill use, but it also prevents damage. One way to use Stasis is to lock-down enemy Enforcers and Bruisers, leaving the more vulnerable enemy champions unguarded.
